Any item/s purchased deemed faulty or unsatisfactory on delivery must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
We require prior notification of a return request sent in writing via our 'Contact Us' form, after which we will provide the returns address (our return address is not the same as our contact address, return items must only be sent to our return address and must not be sent to our contact address).
Repairs are usually carried out within 14 days of receipt of an item that has been returned and confirmed faulty after a diagnostics.
If the decision has been made to issue a refund rather than repair the item, the refund will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned item.
No replacement items will be sent until a full diagnostics has been carried out on any returned item.
Depending on the result of a diagnostics we reserve the right to repair rather than replace, and to return rather than repair/refund.
Please note that we open the boxes prior to shipping on most of our phones to check that the phones are correct and not damaged, as well as to take photos of the serial number and IMEI numbers to keep a record prior to posting to guard against fraudulent returns. So the seal on the box may be broken but you will 100% be receiving a brand new phone with a full/valid warranty.
Our warranty does not cover screen damage.
